Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules, Fair Play
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Goawin and your account, deposits, gameplay, bonuses and withdrawals. By registering, logging in or playing, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. Please read them carefully – they set out your rights and responsibilities, and the rules that keep play fair and secure for everyone. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or play at Goawin. You are responsible for making sure that online gaming is legal in your state or territory before you play. Access is restricted for residents of states that prohibit online gaming, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim, and play is subject to the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and any applicable state laws. If you access the platform from a restricted location, you do so at your own risk and your account and any winnings may be void.
2. Your Account
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts – identified by the same person, IP address, household, or PAN – are not allowed. You must register with accurate, current details and keep them up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out after a successful login is treated as your own. You may not transfer, sell or share your account.
3. Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete a one-time Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, in line with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). You will usually be asked to provide:
- A PAN Card or Aadhaar Card as proof of identity.
- A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
- Confirmation of ownership of the UPI or bank account used for payments.
Verification typically takes up to 48 hours. Completing it early avoids delays when you withdraw. We may request additional documents where required by law or to protect against fraud.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions are made in Indian Rupees (₹) using the supported methods: UPI, IMPS, NetBanking, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin and USDT. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. The key limits and timings are summarised below.
Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your own name. We may hold or decline a transaction where verification is incomplete, where fraud is suspected, or where required by law.
5. Taxes
Taxes apply in line with current Indian law and are your responsibility. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 28% applies on the face value of deposits, following the 2023 amendment. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) of 30% applies on net winnings under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act. Tax rules may change, and any applicable deductions will be handled as required by the authorities.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses and promo codes are optional and come with their own terms, including a wagering (playthrough) requirement, a minimum deposit, a time limit, and a maximum bet while the bonus is active. Different games contribute differently toward wagering – slots usually count in full, while table and live games count much less. 7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
All games run on independently tested software, and outcomes are random and cannot be altered by us or by players. To keep play fair, the following are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of related winnings:
- Opening or using multiple accounts.
- Using bots, automated software or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
- Chip dumping, collusion or any form of match manipulation.
- Fraud, chargebacks or the use of payment methods not belonging to you.
8. Responsible Gaming
Gaming is for entertainment, not income. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including daily deposit caps, loss and time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion for periods from 6 months to 5 years. You must be 18 or older to play. 9. Privacy and Data
We collect and process your personal data to run your account, verify your identity, process payments and meet legal obligations. Your data is protected by bank-grade encryption and is never sold. 10. Limitation of Liability
Goawin is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, connection failures, device issues or events beyond our reasonable control, nor for any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the law, regulation or our services. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Regulation and Governing Law
Goawin operates as a licensed and regulated platform and complies with applicable Indian regulations, including oversight by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be handled through internal mediation and, if unresolved, through independent arbitration.
